To me fitness is not only about empowerment, it is also about choices. If you look after your body, you will ultimately have more choices. You can do more, see more, and of course, eat more. I love donuts, the reason why I exercise is because I love donuts. What I strive to do in my training is to help people discover their āwhyā.
